Metal Fabrication for Heavy-Duty Applications

Fabricated components and assemblies engineered to exact specifications, built for production-volume projects across the U.S.

Strong Forge & Fabrication, LLC has provided metal fabrication services since 1923, producing welded assemblies, fabricated frames, and heavy-duty components for industrial OEMs across the U.S. Fabrication work is done in-house at the company's facility in Batavia, New York, using plasma cutting, forming, welding, and CNC machining, built entirely from customer-supplied drawings.

What We Fabricate

Our fabrication work covers a broad range of heavy-duty industrial components - from welded assemblies to precision-machined parts. Here's what we produce:

Core Fabrication Capabilities

Cutting, forming, welding, and finishing come together in a single production process, delivering complete components without splitting the work across suppliers.

Weldments & Fabrication

Robotic and manual welding for heavy-duty fabricated components built for load, durability, and repeatable production. Our welding capabilities cover MIG, robotic MIG, and welding for complex geometries.

In-house press and forming capabilities for dimensionally consistent parts — bending, radius forming, and blanking operations integrated directly into the fabrication workflow.

Precision cutting of plate material and complex profiles — parts come off the table ready for fabrication, without secondary prep work or rework.

Precision milling, turning, drilling, and threading for components that require tight tolerances and finished dimensions, available as part of the fabrication workflow or as a standalone operation. See CNC/VMC Machining Services for details.

Our toolroom supports production by building fixtures, jigs, and tooling used throughout the fabrication process. In-house toolmaking reduces setup time, improves repeatability, and gives us direct control over production tooling quality.

Supporting Capabilities

Fabrication projects may pass through additional operations that complete the component, from secondary machining to final assembly.

Heat treatment, painting, zinc plating, and other finishing processes are coordinated directly with a trusted vendor network, so customers still get one point of contact for the full production cycle.

Materials We Work With

Material specification comes from your drawings.
