Is robotic welding available as a contract manufacturing service?

 Robotic welding is available as part of the contract manufacturing process, covering steel and aluminum parts from prototype through production-volume runs.

 MIG welding is the process behind heavy-duty parts, chosen for the deep penetration and strong, consistent welds it produces on thick steel and aluminum sections. Our robotic MIG cells keep that consistency across a full production run, which matters most on components that carry real structural load.

 Yes. CNC machining is available as a secondary process after welding or forging, so parts can move from initial fabrication through final machined tolerances in a single order.

 Open die and upset forging are both available. Open die forging is suitable for a wide range of shapes, while upset forging concentrates extra strength exactly where a part needs it, like a shaft end or a flange. Either process can be paired with CNC machining to bring a forged part to final tolerance.

 Heat treatment is coordinated through a trusted vendor network rather than performed in house, so finished parts can still be delivered heat treated as part of a single order.

We can weld both steel and aluminum.

 Yes, mill test reports are available on request.

We work with carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, depending on the process. We weld both steel and aluminum, while forged and CNC machined parts include copper.

Production Volume & Lead Times

Can both prototype and high-volume production runs be handled by the same manufacturer?

 Yes. A single manufacturer covers a project from its first prototype through full production, so the same tooling knowledge, quality standards, and point of contact carry through as volume grows. Prototype runs typically ship within 16 weeks of customer acceptance, and standard production orders run on an 8-week lead time once tooling is in place.

What does it mean to work with a single-source supplier for fabrication and welding?

 Fabrication and welding happen under one roof rather than being split across separate vendors. Benefits include shorter lead times, tighter quality and process control, and more direct communication throughout a project.

Quality is verified using gauges, blocks, micrometers, and calipers, along with a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) that uses probes to map parts in three-dimensional space.

Working With a Manufacturer

Can a project start from just a drawing or a sample part?

 Yes, projects can start from either a drawing or a sample part. A detailed print gives the clearest path to an accurate quote, but a physical sample works well when specs aren’t fully documented.

We can quote with a part print, estimated annual usage (EAU), and any applicable standards. The print defines the part, EAU helps determine the right process and tooling investment, and relevant standards ensure we get the details right.
