Our Forging Process

We use hot forging drop hammers and upsetters to shape metal under high impact, producing forged components with superior grain structure, strength, and material density compared to cast or machined-from-bar alternatives.

Our forging process includes:

  • Drop hammer forging for high-impact shaping of complex geometries
  • Upset forge for increasing cross-sectional area and displacing material into specific forms
  • Hot forging of carbon steel, alloy steel, and copper components
  • In-house forging integrated directly into fabrication and machining workflows
